Sales :
Package of 6 000 € for a sale price ≤ 74 999 €
Package of 7 000 € for a sale price 75 000 € to 99 999 €
Package of 8 000 € for a sale price 100 000 € to 124 999 €
Package of 9 000 € for a sale price 125 000 € to 149 999 €
Package of 10 000 € for a sale price 150 000 € to 174 999 €
Package of 11 000 € for a sale price 175 000 € to 199 999 €
Package of 12 000 € for a sale price 200 000 € to 224 999 €
Package of 12 500 € for a sale price 225 000 € to 249 999 €
Package of 14 000 € for a sale price 250 000 € to 274 999 €
5% of the selling price ≥ 275 000 €
Property hunting :
3% of the sales price with a minimum remuration of 3 500 €
Although we privilege the research owner direct, the remuneration may be added to that of the real estate agency holding the mandate of sale in case of refusal to share his fees.
Transaction on land, commercial property, commercial buildings, right to lease :
8% of the sales price (with a minimum of 5 000 €)
Value notice (excluding sales*) :
150 € for an apartment
250 € for a house
*Offered if you sign an exclusive sales mandate
The fees are inclusive of VAT (VAT included at 20%)
